LSP is amazing! I work for a commercial property management company and have been using them since August of 2016 for everything from a stopped toilet to a main sewer line replacement. They provide the personal touch you get with a mom & pop type business yet they are just as efficient as any large corporation. All the calls I've sent them have been addressed within 24-48hrs max but most are done the same day. LSP is nothing less than professional and courteous from the staff in the office to the techs in the field. To top all of this off, their prices are reasonable and they show a willingness to work with their clients. My toilet wouldn't flush properly, and Jesus came out and found that the entire mechanism was broken, so I needed to get a new toilet, which he brought the next day. When the old toilet was removed, we discovered further damage due to corrosion, so he had to order a new part and he brought it the next day, and now I have a new, functioning toilet. Jesus was very professional and pointed out to me everything that needed to be done, and what the cost would be. He was prompt, and LSP was very dependable about sending me estimates and the final invoice. And LSP is open 24/7, which was a blessing since my problem came about on a Saturday. I have used them before and will definitely call them the next time I need plumbing work done. ~ Nancy J

Great customer service. John was very knowleadgeble, patient and diligent. Gave me information on what Tankless water heater unit/equipment I could purchase including the extra parts I would need and explained the process to me. Was very open minded and provided reasonable answers to all of my questions and concerns. Installed my unit flawlessly and I got hot water. Price was reasonable within market rates. He also told me what kind of outlet to install near my unit and gave me additional info when asked regarding what was the best heating unit to install in my NY home. Arrived on time. My tankless water heater was safely installed and I am very satisfied with his services. Hauled my old tank unit away and cleaned up after completing the install. I had a hot water tank leak that was flooding my garage. Local Service Pro Plumbing to the rescue. This was by far the best experience I could ask for. There team is amazing starting with excellent communications to perfect timing of the technicians arrival. It was late in the day when Gabriel arrived and diagnosed the issue immediate, the unit had to be replaced (I knew that). He gave me a quote that was under what a previous plumber had quoted me by $900.00 for the exact same work. The best part of my experience was - He replaced the unit the same day, even though it was after 4:30pm. I totally did not expect that. I needed a new garbage disposal for my rental unit, and because I have had bad experiences with my previous plumbers, I decided to try these guys out. And did they put my prejudices about plumbers to shame. I managed to get a plumber 1.5 hours after I called them. From the moment I called them, I spoke to a guy called Pedro, who promised to assign a plumber to me within a given 2 hour range. 15 minutes before the plumbers arrival a lady from their office called to inform me that plumber Joseph would arrive shortly. And when Joseph arrived - on time - he clearly explained the cause for my issue, what was needed and a fixed price for everything (unit, parts and labor). No nonsense - and the work was performed perfectly. I wish all my service providers were to the point like this. And the price was reasonable. I will use these guys for sure ongoing forward. ~ Thomas B

I would be happy to recommend this plumbing company to anyone. I was able to reach their customer service representative when I called instead of an automated answering service. The customer service representative was attentive, professional, courteous and eager to assist. My appointment was set for the next day at a time convenient for me with a short window of time of arrival for the technician. I received a text when the technician was on a way and a telephone call. The technicians were professional, well mannered and knowledgeable. They diagnosed and fixed my plumbing problem immediately. I received a call back from customer service to make sure all my needs were met. I must say that this is the best service I received in a long time. I would note that I do not have any personal relationship with this plumbing company so this recommendation is truly well deserved and unbiased!!! keep up the good work :) ~ Orit M

5 stars all around!!!! Don't look at this team as a "small team" look at them as an extension to your own team and family, because thats what they are. From Pedro the owner, to Mario ( our guy that comes out specifically for our apartments) to Jackie In the office. They are hands down the most professional and sweetest team to work with. We love working with Mario because he wastes ZERO time. He knows his stuff and is quick to help. We use this company religiously and I promise that you will not be disappointed with them. I contacted Local Service Pro to fix my kitchen sink. It was leaking and the filter tap took forever to fill up a water glass. I called and from the phone they were so knowledgable, kind and understanding. A plumber came that day, Jonathan Yoro, and he was very practical. The job ended up being more involved than we initially anticipated, with him having to cut holes in the wood under the sink to create a space for the new pipes. He was an excellent worker and knew exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend this business and will use them again, requesting Jonathan! ~ catherine f

Called Local Service Pro Plumbing for a couple issues that needed fixing and was able to book an appointment for the next day. Gabriel came out and was absolutely fantastic. Did a great job diagnosing my various issues and was able to take care of them fully within an hour or two. He was incredibly friendly and very informative about what was going on. I'm already working with them to help me out on a couple additional projects I have and am very grateful to have found these folks. 10/10 would recommend. Prices are incredibly fair as well. Sam came on time and was so honest and personable. I had a broken toilet handle and he said he didn't have it on the truck because it was Kohler but he went to hardware store and came back and fixed it perfectly. I also showed him shower drain that seems to have an odor coming out of it once in awhile but was not stopping up at all. He told me to use Drano and he thought that would fix the odor. He didn't try to oversell me and was so honest and nice. I have put their phone number in my cell and they will definitely be the ones I call first when I have a plumbing problem. ~ micheline k

This company is just packed with good people. They did an amazing job replacing multiple lines (kitchen) as well as a main line under the house and were true professionals in their punctuality, accurate work and clean and organized fashion. They also had to access the interior of the house and their care for keeping cleanliness and consideration for their surroundings is the kind of class of service rarely seen these days. Ignacio responded promptly, and was very thorough and professional. My reason for calling the LSP plumbing services was because of a HUGE bill from DWP, and having to add water to my pool frequently. Ignacio investigated all the possible sources of water leakage in my home and landscaping, and was able to determine that the problem was some problem within the pool plumbing. LSP does not perform pool leakage investigation and repair, so I am having another company perform this service, but I was very happy and satisfied with the services that Ignacio performed. ~ Patricia s

I recently called Local Service Pro Plumbing because they were in close proximity and they had excellent reviews. I had a sewer backup that turned out requiring replacement in some areas and a liner in another area. I can say from the experience that I will certainly call them again for future plumbing needs. The team is very pleasant to deal with. They provided quick estimates for any work and their prices were fair. They were on time and generally great to work with. I was very pleased with the service i received from LSP. I had an emergency where none of the bathrooms at my office were working and I have 17 employees. They answered their phone immediately (no automated frustration) and scheduled an immediate appointment for me. They then diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me good advise and options to fix the problem. They were very fairly priced and their service people were professional and fast. I am very happy with the level honesty and clarity of this company. I was not sure where the my bathroom were passing so I called them for their camera service. John, their technician, came to my house and gave great advice and prevented something very costly by making the right and proper suggestion. I am so happy that I called this company to come and see my master bathroom,before I start the remodeling. So far I like these guys. I recommend them and will use them again. I called to make an appointment and Fernando came to my house within a couple of hours. He was professional and polite. I had a problem with my outdoor pool drain. He did the detective work (went under the house) and accurately diagnosed the problem. I didn't want to do the expensive solution of fixing or replacing a pump or , the other alternative, break through concrete. He was open to discussion for other solutions and was a pleasure to work with. ~ Frank W

Local Service Pro Plumbing has been an absolutely pleasure to work with, in more than one case. They are timely, polite, and go out of their way to exceed all levels of expectation. My husband and I have had a number of plumbing concerns in our new home, and they have been so helpful in understanding these issues, supplying quick remedies, have never over-charged us (in fact, made one visit for free, because they felt that the issue wasn't a plumbing concern, but instead an appliance concern), and have supplied a level of service that will keep us as loyal customers. They have even supplied other vendors outside of the plumbing market to help with other issues, and these vendors have been equally as helpful. To say the least, this team is amazing, and I would highly recommend this company for an any and all plumbing needs, as most importantly, they are honest. Made an appointment with LSP for same-day service, Juan Castro showed up on an 11 to 1 appointment at 11:15 sharp, great, He evaluated the problem and I questioned his judgment but he was right and I was wrong. He made the necessary repairs in a timely manner and was very reasonable with the pricing. I had an excellent service from LSP . From the moment I called their office to the time they had the job done. I had an emergency sewer problem. They send me a technician within couple of hours. Luis is experienced ,professional and trustworthy . He figured out where the problem is , explained it to me and gave the solution on the spot . I am very pleased with this experience. Not only did Ruben arrive when I was told he would, but Jackie called me to let me know he was on his way about an hour before he arrived. Even better, he unclogged my tub in record time and I was able to take a leisurely shower this morning, without worrying that the tub would overrun. You'd think that having everyone doing the job would be expected, but unfortunately, I've had a couple of no shows with other companies. I definitely plan to use LSP again. ~ Rita V

LSP did a great job for us. We initially called them out for a clogged main, which they took care of. In the course of unclogging the line, they pointed out a problem with the main that needed to be repaired. They were able to make the repair for us quickly and at a reasonable price. Throughout the process, Pedro and Oscar were easy to communicate with and very professional. They did great work and left the property in clean condition. I would highly recommend. ~ Keith Y
